The Addison Lee Driver Diploma
We believe investing in our drivers means a better journey for everyone.
As well as a host of training, our drivers have the opportunity to earn an NVQ Diploma accredited by ROSPA. The diploma is designed to improve driver quality and therefore improve the service we offer passengers. Our rigorous training programme covers road safety, customer service and first aid. By training our drivers to such high standards, we can ensure they are the best in the industry.
To date, we have nearly 1000 fully accredited drivers and are planning to train all drivers across our fleet within the next year.
